The third day of the Phang Nga Bay Regatta saw more island courses with the fleet sailing off from Yao Noi Island in the middle of Phang Nga Bay and heading Northeast, past Koh Pak Bia and the Koh Hong group of islands on their way over to Krabi and the evening’s fun at the Sheraton Krabi Beach Resort.

The winds picked up today with all classes getting a good start and race up to the first mark (actually, an island). Switchblade in the Racing Class got a lead on the rest of the class and left the island in her wake while the wind dropped as the rest of the fleet reached the island.
